Pregnancy Yoga Classes are held at Piko Studio above the Wholefoods shop on Kilmore street. Wednesdays at 5pm.
Private 1:1 sessions are also available.
Rebecca Boot is a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Yoga Teacher.
You will find the classes safe and supportive.
No yoga experience is necessary.
