PREGNANCY YOGA

Prepare for childbirth with Christchurch Yoga's Pregnancy Yoga Classes. Your teacher, Rebecca Boot, is a Registered Nurse, Midwife and Yoga Teacher.

Pregnancy yoga can build strength and confidence for childbirth and alleviate backache, cramps and heartburn. No yoga experience is necessary.

 

You will learn to use the breath to overcome pain and discomfort. We will work through safe poses that will ease the body through hormonal changes and help your body make a more rapid recovery after childbirth. No yoga experience necessary.

Group classes: Thursdays 5pm at Piko Wholefoods

Duration: 50mins
