First-timers should either contact me first or arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Do not eat just before class. Come hydrated, but do not drink in class. Wear comfortable stretchy clothing. Everything you need will be provided. Payment by bank deposit or cash (no EFTPOS). Take the class at your own pace. After the class, speak to me if you have any questions and drink plenty of water.

Iyengar yoga uses props such as belts, blocks and blankets to enable you to perform the postures correctly without strain or injury. Suitable for young and old, and no, you do not need to be bendy and flexible to learn yoga!
