Keep mobile with this class which has a strong focus on alignment and sequencing. Classes are educative, challenging yet intuitively designed to reduce stress and tension. Classes held Friday mornings at Lyttleton Recreation Centre, Christchurch. $24 drop in $110 for 5 classes $200 for 10 classes
